I can’t flush, or my red light is on what do I do?

We advise calling our office and leaving a message if it is after hours. In the meantime do not run the laundry or washing machines. Keep showers to a minimum. If water is actively backing up into your home, outside of the home there should be some pipes coming out of the ground that will be 3in to 4in in diameter. These pipes will have a cap on them. If you carefully remove that cap the water will then come out of that pipe instead of your shower or toilet. Be careful as there can be pressure built up and water can come shooting out once the cap is removed.
